Clinical Effect of Atomized Budesonide and Terbutaline Inhalation for Acute Attack of Pediatric Asthma

The research aimed to explore the clinical effect of atomized budesonide and terbutaline inhalation for acute pediatric asthma. Ninety children with mild or moderate asthma treated in our hospital from January 2019 December were selected as study subjects divided into observation group control according using random number table, 45 patients each group. On attack asthma, both groups received treatments fluid rehydration, oxygen inhalation, anti-infection, oral smooth drugs, etc. Both budesonide, extra terbutaline. therapy lasted continuous 7 d. inflammatory factor levels, stress response, lung function efficacy compared between two groups. Forced expiratory volume 1 percentage, peak flow percentage forced vital capacity significantly increased (p<0.05). After treatment, showed lower levels serum nitric oxide endothelin higher superoxide dismutase than before, statistically significant differences There was no difference dismutase, after treatment. Observation duration dyspnea, cough rale stay treatment (p>0.05). interleukin-6, interleukin-8 tumor necrosis decreased (p<0.05) total effective rate that combined attacks can improve patients’ function, relieve symptoms, reduce inflammation level ultimately effect, which is worth promotion application.
